“Blaming others for your experiences, your feelings, your struggles is simply being lazy. Although it seems like an easier way out, it creates more drama, more struggle, and drains your time, energy and attention from what will actually change the circumstances you want out of.” -Amy Larson, amyjalapeno.com
are you blaming? (daily hot! quote)

So very true Amy, that is the point of being authentic. It comes with a caveat tho , to be truly accountable must face the many demons inside to take ownership of the issues that are theirs. For many that is very hard to do, they may not be ready to shake hands with that demon and if they are it takes time and effort. If one does not take ownership then the blame by default does go to others.Lazy may be a harsh word but true never the less.
